Short Factory: Go through the front entrance. Fight the cogs in the lobby and go to the right to fight the cogs in the gear room. go straight and then to the left, turning left again to enter the warehouse. Fight the cogs in warehouse and destroy all the goons. Go through the door, going left or right. Hop on either of the elevators and fight the cogs on the west and east silos. Then fight the cogs in the Centre Silo Control Room. those are the directions, although after fighting the factory to get your suit pieces it will be much easier to understand where you need to go.
